Well dressed elderly loving couple holds hands. THE MILLERS, SANDRA and RONALD. They stare warmly into a large plasma screen television.
Cut to: Image on T.V. STANLEY MILLER 20, their nerdy grandson. Stanly is sitting on a park bench, pretending to read a book, all the while leering at SECRETARIES who are taking their lunch brakes.
EXT: HEAVEN CLOUDS ETC.
RONALD
Everyday the same thing. He sits there hoping
to catch the eye of one these secretaries.
SANDRA
I was talking to Sal Rosen yesterday and he said
that he would have his Ivon meet our Stanley.
RONALD
Oh, I've heard that before, if you want something
done you've got to do it yourself.
(a beat)
How did I meet you? I just saw you and got up
and made my move.
EXT: Park in Sunny Any Town USA.
Two Beautiful secretaries come closer to Stanly's bench.
They start to eat their store bought pre-made salads.
EXT: HEAVEN CLOUDS ETC.
SANDRA
If I remember correctly my brother begged me
to have lunch with you.
RONALD(stammering)
...What... I um, OK, sure.
SANDRA
Look, shes's walking over to him.
EXT: Park in Sunny Any Town USA.
SUSAN
Do you mind if I sit here?
STANLEY(stammering)
...What... I um, OK, sure.
EXT: HEAVEN CLOUDS ETC.
Sandra smiles, Sandra turns to find Sal Rosen standing next to his wife also watching a plasma screen television of the
same event. Sal gives Sandra a thumbs up.
Off of Sal's look, we find a big man (GOD) with flowing
robes and a beard watching a plasma screen television.
God turns to smile at Sal, he gives Sal a thumbs up.
